Toyotatown runs a very efficient service department, as well as a friendly shuttle service for customers who need to leave vehicles for an extended period. In the first few years of operation, no appointment was needed for simple oil changes. This service is not always available now (i.e. no longer express). Robert Dako offers clear and concise information, and is very personable and easy to do business with.
We keep returning to Silvia Donovan because she looks after the entire leasing process with upmost care and attention to detail each and every time.
Toyota town and Brian Williams made our car purchasing a smooth and easy process. Brian was very helpful and friendly and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend him if anyone is looking to buy a Toyota vehicle.
