I chose to reach out to Toyotatown due to a less than satisfactory experience with London Honda where I had been a long standing customer since 2005. I was introduced to Brian and ultimately chose to purchase my new vehicle through him. He was honest and forthcoming. He was professional and personable and I felt very well looked after. Todd helped me to solve a quick issue I had with my 2012 RAV 4: my drivers' window was not working properly. He explained to me the process and what will likely take to fix the issue. One hour later he came back and told the the issue was a quick fix. Thank you Todd!

I had 4 indicator symbols lighting up on my dash indicating an issue. I called on a Friday and was offered an appointment time on a Monday. Amanda Krug was my service advisor and efficiently booked me in for my appointment. She noticed that the driver's side mirror was loose. Along with diagnosing and working on my other car issues, the mirror was glued so the problem wouldn't get worse and I was not charged for this service.
