Great service for my yearly maintenance checkup. The person who originally booked my appointment forgot to include the oil spray, fortunately, they fitted it in.
Todd is always great to work with. My last visit took 30 minutes less than quoted - yeah, because another 30 minutes in the chairs provided would have been excruciating. But I do understand the need for the firm chairs!!
SHAWN was very rushed due to an excess of clients to see. He was very thorough but sometimes it is difficult for an elderly person such as myself to follow rapid instructions. He was however, a very personable young man to deal with.
Shawn was an excellent sales man and extremely easy to deal with. No hassle and no stress during the whole process. He was very knowledgeable in all of the vehicles at the dealership. The overall experience with him was very professional. This is the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from Toyota Town and probably one of my best experiences.
Recently had my 2014 Camry serviced at ToyotaTown. I specifically ask for Jason DeFelice as my service advisor when I am making an appointment for any service. He knows I have a very good understanding of vehicles and is open and honest about what needs to be done and thoroughly answers my questions. Jason does not push extra servicing on me, just tells me the facts and lets me decide. Will definitely be working with Jason on my next visit. ToyotaTown is fortunate to have him working there.
