Such a pleasure to seal with such a "straight shooter". Unlike the other Toyota location, he did not try to sell me on an oil change for my plug-in/hybrid, when I had only burned 80 l. of gas since last service visit

The Service Department is terrific. I had a damaged tire, still under warranty. The Service Advisor, Firis Sharif, assessed the problem, noting not only the nail in the tire, but also the worn side, deciding that it should be replaced. Everything was handled efficiently and with care for the covid situation. I appreciated that I could wait for the car, in a safe area. I am grateful for every aspect of this experience, and know I can trust the service here. Thank you!

Very pleased with the service provided. Suggested possibilities that were going to arise and what the cost would be to have them corrected. If time was of the essence, it was more convenient to have it done then. Time suggested and probable costs were adhered to.
I have leased several Toyotas from this dealership. Their service department is excellent and they are always helpful and thorough in their work. I came in to get a service done on my 2019 Corolla, and while I was waiting I decided to ask about trading it in early. I merely wanted to ask about the process and get some more information for later down the road, but Sylvia was so helpful that we ended up starting the process that day. Service department went above and beyond making sure that my car had everything it needed to function properly over the winter. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure to check the value pack I got when I first bought the car. Fantastic service!
