Todd is a knowledge service rep. He is pleasant, efficient and gives clear explanations about what is needed and why. He is very clear about the costs and does not push upsell which I very much appreciate. He has kept my vehicles running well for many years.

Staff at dealer are great! Head office not so much. Took Toyota Canada 54 weeks to release parts to fix my Rav4 which was under warranty.
