Great experience purchasing a new Tacoma. In particular, Hiacynta was a pleasure to deal with.
I own a 2020 RAV4 Limited Hybrid and this is the third time that I had problems with the hybrid system. It has been getting progressively worse and last Monday after driving 4 hours to London, was the worst case which I found very stressful. I was able to drive the car to Toyota Town to have it checked out. I did experience a great customer service with Nathalie El Asmar and Enna Pinacho the Service Advisor. My experience at Toyota was a very good one. From the time I was greeted by Andrew, and then my time with La Toya, even to the free coffee voucher and Chelseys friendliness regarding the coffee machine, I couldn't have been treated any better. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful!! Rich drove me home, and Tom brought me back once the service was complete. Both were very respectful and friendly. All in all, I'm grateful that each one went above and beyond!!! Thank you ever so much!!
