Jason’s knowledge and personality make him a delight to deal with. He asks the right questions and has great advice if there is something I am not sure of. For these reasons, I always try to get Jason as my service advisor.
Dealership is great. ..just some issues with busy salesperson. Sylvia Donovan is a very knowledgeable person and is excellent in almost everything she does. The one place I would offer constructive feedback is re her tendency to try to multitask. I have experienced this tendency on leasing this vehicle and my 2019 vehicle. This year, she had 3-4 separate clients on the go at the same time. I do appreciate her assistant was ill; however, it has happened several times in meeting with her.
