I’m a repeat customer of ToyotaTown - I’ve purchased at least 4 vehicles from them over the past at least 10 years. Sylvia typically gets me what I want, but today was not a good experience. I let her know I was coming at 2 pm to pick up my new vehicle. After waiting until 2:30, Michael Donovan came to finish the purchase and process payment.
