I have been with ToyotaTown for many years. Have bought new AND used cars there that have lasted forever and have had all my services there as well. My last vehicle (2005 new Echo) was traded in for a 2017 used Yaris in May of this year. So far so good. Everyone has always been very polite and efficient. Todd provided excellent service when I brought my car in to get safety certified as I was transferring the car to my son. Todd went above and beyond in communicating and resolving all the issues quickly and cost-effectively. I am grateful for the high level of service from Todd and ToyotaTown.

Went to Toyota Town because they had a used vehicle I was interested in. I had been looking to buy an SUV for some time and had taken many makes and models for test drive. I had decided I wanted a RAV4 and found a slightly used one here. Met with sales person Nazir and took the vehicle for a test drive. Nazir went over the features of this vehicle in comparison to new vehicles and other levels of the RAV4. I was able to complete the sale and I picked up the vehicle a few days later.
Gwen Jones is my sales agent in Toyota town London ON. She did a great job! She promised me that I will receive my toyota Rav 4 2023 before winter and I got it! Prioritizing my order what she did. It was a quick deal, smooth transactions and informative. Management should treasure her as I can see that she will produce more sales to Toyota based on her skills and attitude to her clients.
