We had an excellent experience dealing with Geordie at ToyotaTown. He was very knowledgeable and personable in all our interactions. He was very understanding when we decided to change our initial RAV4 order and upgrade to a different model. He was very upfront about the wait time to get the vehicle luckily for us someone else cancelled and we got it much sooner. On August 25, 2023, Todd Servant fit me in for an urgent appointment to see what was wrong with my air conditioning. He did a fantastic job reviewing what was going on and gave me some very good advice on what to do. He also squeezed in a long overdo oil change. He understood that my life is way too busy and was courteous and kind, efficient and helpful! Toyotatown is lucky to have him! He is my “go to” Service Advisor because he is brilliant at what he does!
Todd is always very helpful. He is knowledgeable and always explains things thoroughly. He always books my appointments when needed and I can always trust the service.
Shawn has sold a number of cars to our family, we keep going back to him but he does a great job!
Geordie was very personable and knowledgeable about the current market, competition and most of all the Toyota products! He got me a great deal for trading in my 2017 RAV and sold me a 2023 which I absolutely love! There was a wait to get my new Rav but he was great at checking in from time to time to give me an update! I would highly recommend him! Great guy!
