Sylvia Donovan recently assisted me with the lease of my new 2023 Rav4. She was very professional, respectful of my time and efficient with answering all my questions. Gentlemen at the door directed me to where I needed to go. Driver took me home at time promised. 2 Recalls were done well and on time by service personel as I have had no issue. Todd aswered all my questions on my first visit, secured parts same day, set-up a service time, and got me picked up and out the door quickly day of service. My first service at ToyotaTown and by far best service I have had from any dealership in 35 plus years of owning cars.
I have been dealing with ToyotaTown for 30 years. My immediate family has purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and have always been very satisfied with the product and the service. In those 30 years I have worked with Todd Servant as my service specialist, and he is one of the reasons that I keep coming back. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, helpful, top notch all around.
