Jason is amazing! . He was very kind and easy-going and a pleasure just to talk to. He explained everything that my car needed without making me feel like a complete idiot which was greatly appreciated. I live much close to another Toyota dealership but I make the drive to this one simply for the exceptional customer service that they offer.
We have always had excellent service when we visit ToyotaTown in London and Todd Servant has been exceptional in all dealings that I have had with him. In the summer, we had an issue with the vehicle and Todd kept me informed as to what was going on, and the interactions he was having with Toyota. I had a great experience with Gwen. She had my number as soon as we started talking - she understood what I wanted and what I didn’t. She didn’t waste my time and she answered all of my questions. I have always loved Toyotas but because I Gwen I also love ToyotaTown.
