Great experience! New to Edmonton and I had an amazing experience at Toyota for my out of province car inspection. Easy to reach by phone, scheduled next day appointment, and was able to accommodate my busy schedule for pick up and drop off. 10/10 would recommend again, and will be making this dealership my primary place for servicing / tire changes. Jay was exceptional :)
Great service experience We brought in our 2017 Rav to Hermann for regular maintenance mid afternoon, and our car was quickly serviced within the next 2 hours. Most dealerships would make you wait around for hours, their service staff are certainly efficient at their trade. Highly recommended. We were impressed how responsive the staff is and appreciated how quickly we were sent in our way. Our thanks to the technicians as well as the service staff.
Bought used Jeep Trailhawk I was treated very considerately by the sales rep, he was kind, helpful and knowledgable. Would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasant car shopping experience. I know buying a car can be stressful, high pressure and uncomfortable depending on the salesperson. Mr. White made the experience just the opposite.
We were treated very well. We bought our car during the covid 19, so we made an appointment. Staff was limited, but made an great effort to meet out needs.They did a great job to help us test drive our car, and do the paper work to purchase the car.
Dropped my Avalon off for a couple small issues. Have never dealt there before so not sure how the service was going to be... from the second I dropped in I was greeted with friendly staff and Vehicle was fixed promptly with great communication and was ready in 4 hours. Will definitely be going back.
Used Car Purchase I was in need of a new truck after a collision wrote off my old one. Based on previous dealings, I knew that Toyota On the Trail was the place to go. I did a lot of shopping on-line, comparing prices from other dealerships. Toyota on the Trail offered the best price for what I was looking for. No other dealership in Canada came close. Brand Ambassador The assistant Service Manager Chris Lunden went out of his way to resolve an issue that had sat and festered for three months. He took personal time to move the issue forward. He said we would meet at an ungodly hour due to my work schedules (6:15 AM) and there he was, on time with a smile and arrived with a good helpful attitude. He did what he said he would do. He solved problems. He is a first class representative for the dealership and brand.
