With all things considered with Covid precautions my experience with Toyota on the Trail was First Class. From answering some questions on a Sunday and a few evenings after hours Reg was a rock star salesman. He made sure every step was easy and free of any pressure. That along with a very good deal makes me glad we chose Reg and Toyota on the trail.
Navdeep was a great help in getting the deal done. Very friendly and the bilingual aspect really helps out when dealing with Punjabi clients like myself.

Navdeep bhai is excellent with knowledge and assistance. He helped through out the deal via phone and texting. I am only taking one star off for the go auto's "reffer a friend incentive issue". It wasn't part of deal. If i knew it will affect my friend's reward, i would have not done the deal. It is never mentioned to me untill my deposit is taken. I hope in future, there would be more transperancy. otherwise all is well. Thank you :)
Benny my car Salesman was great! Catered to what I needed and didn't try and force anything on me like some salesmen do. Alexa in finance was great too! Put up with my questions and was very quick to respond also gave me all the options to help with my payment. I would highly recommend going here for your car purchases :)
