I just bought a brand new toyota sienna with heated seats as requested but the heated seat is defective and we've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to replace the heating element . And now they told us that the parts will arrive hopefully on January. And we are paying on time every two weeks. Problem resolved, Toyota on the trail will fix my heated heat and replace with a new one.
Reg Van Tassell is an excellent salesman. He isn’t pushy trying his darnedest to make a sale. Very knowledgeable. He worked with us to get us the best deal. We will go back to trade in our Highlander next year and will look for Reg for sure. Excellent all round service from everyone.
