Sandra was good but disappointed with parts and services Bought a used 4Runner. Sandra was great at responding quickly, stayed late to go over options and information with me and remained patient throughout the processes. She was great at giving space and not being too pushy. Do not expect to negotiate much with the price. However, they did drop the price slightly as I needed to order a couple additional items which then brought the price close to the original asking price. good service and price Sandra and Raymond both gave very good service and were responsive to questions and e-mails. In future it would be good to have the ECP option explained clearly before the Finance stage. of the buying process.

Great First Experience Buying a New Vechile I came in late on a Friday night looking to look at a vehicle, and Sandra stayed late to go through all my options with me and come up with a price I could manage with a vehicle I really love. Amazing. Everything you should expect when buying a vehicle To anyone buying a toyota.. go to Toyota on the Trail in Edmonton... I drove from Calgary to close this deal.
