The sales person was good. No problem with him. As far as the dealership, they really took advantage of me with regards to my trade-in. Even after asking and getting a bit more, it was nowhere near enough. They are asking for more than double what they gave me as a resale. I would be hesitant next time I deal with them. Packages included seem pricey and light in coverage. I might go back to have those explained to me as I was charged close to $4000????
Travelled three hours to look for a new truck. Shan helped me pick out a Tundra Off Road Premium. Was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. The finance lady helped get me approved very quick and they put me in the truck as soon as possible to drive home. I am very happy with the purchase of my truck and will purchase from them again!
Reg is the best sales person to deal with. He helped me through a difficult situation and made the process smooth and simple. I highly recommend going to see him when you’re looking for a car. Olga in Finance was amazing as well.
