Alex & Kathy Campbell Pleased with customer service. At Toyota On The Park all the staff we dealt with were pleasant & professional. Informative and patient I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan at the dealership and explained I wanted to test drive a vehicle but did not live in the province. He took me on a test drive, answered all my questions and even followed up with me the next day to wish me a safe journey back to Victoria. Excellent customer service. Totally happy with purchase! We were completely happy with Toyota On The Park and we love our new (used) car! The price and trade-in value were excellent and the car is perfect, just like brand new. Conrad Praamsma was superb to deal with in every way — so helpful, professional, knowledgable, courteous and attentive to detail. He really puts customer satisfaction first. Toyota Prius C purchase Peter D'Costa was very helpful and knowledgable, top notch. This is my first hybrid, my first car with digital screens and other bells and whistles, and he took the time to set up my preferences, help me understand the screens, arranged for things like winter tires and so on. I love my Prius! It is the most economical AND fuel-efficient hybrid in its class on the market. I looked at other hybrids, nothing matches the Prius C for value as far as I could tell.
Fast response with custom video Dealing with Nigel Garth was awesome. His first contact back to be was with a custom made YouTube video he sent me showing me with car I enquired about! He went to the Top of my shopping list! Great service!
service all the service reps are friendly, helpful. They all call me by my name. They all carefully go over the estimate before work is done, making sure I understand what's involved. I can understand why they one the service dealer of the year.
Excellent Service from Mike Ghowsi We were very impressed with the level of service provided by Mike. We were 2 ladies with a kid and he was excellent in explaining details, being patient and very knowledgable about all the questions and very friendly. Excellent experience for buying a car. We definitely recommend the dealership to everybody. The Sales, Finance team were all excellent.
