Service Standard Redeemed Made an appointment in October after several emails regarding my lease expiring in 2017. Was not a good experience, but Jordan Lin saved the day! Great staff. Amazing service. My sales rep was Alif. He was such a professional & made me feel like a friend and gave me the best deals around. I felt like me wanted the best for me, I been to other dealerships and felt up sold, like they were all about the money but didn't care about you and that's why I didn't buy from them. Alif was very friendly, funny, and gave me better deals than any other Toyota dealership I checked out in the GTA. I love my new car and I'm thankful for his amazing service.

Excellent sales service provided by Ted and Conrad! I was very impressed with the professionalism, curtousy and friendly approach to client by both Teddy and Conrad. They explained all the details of my lease including options so I feel comfortable that I am making a good deal. In the end I felt I made two new good friends. Best car experience ever We knew we were going to lease our third Corolla. The previous ones were from another dealership, but we were not happy with the experience there..the atmosphere was high pressure and slightly sleazy. Comfortable, reliable, and personable! Initially, when we first walked in to browse, we had this pre-conditioned notion that all car salesmen were not to be trusted.
