Nicole Nixen - stellar service I was looking for a car to replace my Tony Graham 2007 Toyota. Nicole showed me a number of options. I road tested a Yaris, which I have decided not to follow up on. Excellent service. Very happy customer Bought a new rav4. Very professional staff, who not only were very helpful, but also had integrity. They did not push add ons and I felt respected as a customer. Would highly recommend this dealership. Dealt with Tan and Luis. Finance person was also excellent.

Unfortunately we do not get these in French but luckily Luis had tracked down a French manual for the Rav4 Hybrid. Great service and product. We met with Nicole to discuss our interest in finding the right secondhand Prius v. She was friendly and professional and quick to let us know when one arrived on trade. It pushed all of our buttons... even colour! We were offered a fair value for our trade and they agreed to our requests for the car, including new Michelin tires, a navigation map update and winter floor mats.
