Excellent Service as Usual! We recently had our wonderful 2015 Scion XB serviced along with a recall done and as usual the service team exceeded my expectations. From making the appointment over the phone, to the drop off and then pick up the next day, everything was perfect. Exceptional car buying experience!!The best I have ever had. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Tony Graham Toyota. My first Toyota. My "dream team" consisted of Pedro, Chris, Alex and Luis. Each and everyone of these gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure I would be thrilled with my purchase. Best experience buying a car so far in Canada ! Had to change car for a new lease, I thought of Toyota as it's known for its reliability. Tried another Toyota garage closer to my home, had an unpleasant experience (beginner seller apparently), and tried Tony Graham Toyota and Artur was super great advising me for my best options, without giving me too much pressure to buy. Best experience ever buying a new vehicle! This was my second time around buying a new car at this location. Sales Manager Chris and Jose Pedro went beyond my expectations to make our experience an absolute delight. A well deserved 10 out of 10 in every category. My wife and I were impressed by the level of care, professionalism and customer service these guys offer. We will definitely go back there for our next new vehicle in the future. Their finance lady Mary Jackson was also a 10 out of 10 by the way...

Great I was very pleased with my service experience at Tony Graham. I was given a loaner car when my new car was not ready. I did feel like there was a lack of communication between the dealer and financial manager however Louis made the final process very easy and pleasant.
