4runner Came to Ottawa from Guelph to buy my a brand new 2017 4runner. Cody provided excellent customer service!! He went above n beyond my expectations. I dont plan on trading in anytime soon.. but would go back to Cody at Tony Graham Toyota if i did.

Enjoyable experience! Our salesperson, Nicole, was very pleasant and we enjoyed dealing with her. While she mentioned that she was relatively new to Tony Graham Toyota she seemed very competent and it was a pleasant experience. We know the Prius cars as this is our third Prius purchase, we have also keep coming back to Tony Graham since our first Toyota purchase, a 1992 Camry. We have confidence in the dealership and its service department.

Process Made Easy I knew what I wanted, got the price I wanted and got great customer service throughout. I wasn't pressured into buying or sold additional products I didn't want. I traded my old vehicle in and they made the transition to the new vehicle seamless for me.
