Friendly personnel, very professional, honnest I had a mechanical problem with my new highlander. It was during holidays personnel was very efficient and professional to provide an alternative transport method to get back home. The rental cars were very rare because of holidays Curtis drove me to airport on his lunch time to pick up my rental. Sam Guelli took in charge the car to find out what is the problem.
