Great experience purchasing our new hybrid Rav 4 Overall a great experience from first walking in the dealership. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the features of the Rav and the functions of hybrids on our test drive. Wesley helped us out with easy to understand and solid advice. Finally, Luis delivered our new Rav with an unexpected but very welcome degree of attention and care. Well done start to finish Tony Graham!

Frustrating Purchasing vehicle went well. Pick up date was not so great. Arrived at430pm for scheduled appointment. Dealer was busy with another customer till 5pm. Then he could not find the truck, it was not ready.By 530pm it was ready,then they had to re do the paperwork as the auto start was not on the bill. Got ready to leave around 6 pm and noticed the gas tank had not been filled.Went to the garage with the salesperson and got gas. Excellent Respectful Service We recently had our car totalled in an accident so we went back again to Tony Graham Toyota to get another similar car and we literally got the red carpet treatment! Buying our used car was actually fun and enjoyable. There was no pressure from anyone and the finance manager is even helping to get us a refund on our old warranty due to our recent write off which was very very helpful and appreciated as we were already out so much money due to the accident in the first place.
