GREAT DEALERSHIP It was in 1989 when we bought our first Camry from Tony Graham, who were on Baseline Road then. That was 31 years ago. And we're still there, and still driving Camrys. Purchase of 2019 Highlander Hybrid This is the 7th vehicle bought from Tony Graham Toyota / Lexus. Have always dealt with Tan Trinh who is very courteous and professional. The entire process was seamless from the order stage to the delivery. Luis Martinez handled the final delivery of the vehicle, and was also excellent in answering any questions I had. Too busy Other than Ian, the customer service is meh...too busy, too big, no real personal service, lines ups, waiting, waiting for shuttle, put on hold, still more waiting, tried calling to see if truck was ready and too busy no answer, had to find a ride home instead, still don’t have my truck. This is why I only go for recalls and stay with my small town mechanic!
