Great customer service provided by all the staff. Only one concern when i took the pre-owned car the full detailing not happened , talk to the sales person and he raised the issue with management. The sale staff and financial advisor provided excellent service. Recommended to friend only when my concern will resolve.

Great service at Toyota My Sienna recently hit 96,000 km and was due for a major service. Howard identified several major issues with the van which made sense after this number of km on the vehicle. Toyota Stouffville Service was able to complete my regular service and complete two major repairs and a full detailing of the minivan and still have my van back to me by 6pm. Amazing!
Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Stouffville Toyota is about 50km away from where I live in Downtown Toronto, but I would make the trip even if it's for an oil change. Great work guys!
REPLACE WINTER TYRES TO SUMMER TYRES THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, THE PRICE OFFERED WAS VERY GOOD ONLY ONE PEOBLEM I WAS NOT CALLED TO NOTIFY WHEN THE CAR WAS READY, I WAS GIVEN A TIME LIMIT OF LESS THAN 2 HOURS AND EVEN AFTER 4 HOURS NOBODY CALLED ME. I HAD TO CALL THE SERVICE CENTRE AND WHOEVER ANSWERED THE CALL DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH MY CAR. LATER I WAS CALLED AFTER 45 MINUTES AND THE PICKUP CAME AFTER ANOTHER HOUR I DID NOT APPRECIATE AS NO ONE TOOK OWNERSHIP.
