Worked well to get great results! I purchased my truck at Stouffville Toyota, so when it was involved in an accident I took it back there for autobody repair. Kulz, was very hands on in working to get a great finished result. His communication at each step was fantastic to keep me informed of where the process was at. I would definitely take the truck back again for this, or any service and would highly recommend.
Excellent customer services All staffs are great especially Stella Wong, she provides exceptional services to complete my sale. I would strongly recommed this car dealership to my family & friends. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE- ABOVE AND BEYOND I have been servicing my vehicle at Stouffville Toyota since they opened. Kevin Baxter has always greeted me with a smile and gone over and above in making sure that I received the best service. I recently upgraded to a Lexus but I will still bring it back there to be serviced.
Friendly and Honest service I thought that my car required an oil change at 8000 kilometres and took it in for this, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that the recommended service was for fluid top up and inspection only with oil not needing to be replaced until the next service interval. The charges were very reasonable and I did not need to wait long for it to be completed. I greatly appreciated Vanessa's friendly and honest service and will come back when the car is due for its next service.
Amazing and friendly. People were helpful and courteous. Service was prompt, charges reasonable, and work explained. Great experience every time I visit for service. Waiting area very comfortable as well.
Proffesional sales Sales staff informative for products and provide good advice and final sales package. Day of vehicle pick up although prearranged delivery was slow waited 2 hours and when truck was delivered I was surprised it had not been clean properly with dirty storage body work. Truck more than met my expectations but found faults which where not picked up pre-delivery check so it will have to go back to dealership when I find the time.

He also made sure that setup was complete before I left the dealership, even my cell phone connection. After sale service has been exceptional from Vanessa and the other staff.
