Amazing customer service! Everyone in the service department is always so friendly and helpful. From booking an appointment, to being checked in and having the work explained, to cashing out- the whole process was excellent. Definitely would recommend coming here to have your car serviced. The free car wash is a nice touch too!
Pressure free Dealing with staff at Stouffville was a real pleasure, from the initial phone call to Arthur to finalizing the deal with Ali. My wife and felt no pressure, unlike many of the other dealership we had dealt with prior to contacting Stouffville. It has only been a couple since we purchased our new 4Runner and we could not be happier. Best New Car Purchase Experience Since 1966 I bought my first car in 1966. My neighbour was a car saleman. He said a new 1966 Chevy Impala is $2,600 Dealers cost. He said he would add $50 for his commission and its yours. I took the deal. Oil change Michael provided good recommendations on what should be done with my vehicle on my scheduled maintenance. Michael provided options for me to choose from. He didn't pressure me. He was pleasant to speak with and was courteous, friendly and professional.

Very Simple and Smooth Process The process in obtaining my new Toyota was smooth and simple. Being a business owner myself it isn't always easy getting into the dealership to sign papers etc. I was able to do everything online and via the phone so when it was all said and done I was at the dealership twice (to find the car, to pickup the car) All around Tim Staley made my experience great.
