I love this dealership I have bought two cars here and their service is fast and efficient. All the staff I have dealt with have been great, especially Arthur who sold me the cars. I did not experience and high pressure sales and I valued the advice he gave.
Excellent service beginning to end The staff are friendly and reliable. They answer any and all questions we had about out cars. Howard found a recall for my husbands car that we didn’t even know about and got it scheduled within 2 days. The shuttle is on time and the gentleman driving is such a pleasure.

Fantastic service from start to finish Luciano and the entire Stouffville Toyota team were fantastic. Super nice customer service I booked an appointment online with Karen Muir. She responded almost immediately to set up my appointment. I had to make a minor change to delay swapping the winter / summer tires. No problem. Karen changed it right away and emailed me back. On my appointment day, I drove into service bay. Howard Tung was the service rep assisted me. I explained to Howard about the small rust spot I noticed on the tail gate.
