very good Bandula Dissanayake is friendly and knowledgeable I will recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. But there is one problem I had been trying to get some more discount but did not get it as I would have got from other dealer who was introduced by my cousin who worked over 20 years but not now. Fast and friendly Came in for regular service and was greeted right away and car taken in. I needed to be done within an hour and it was ready in 45mins, plus washed! No upsell tactics and great area to sit, with snacks and wifi available.

Customers service is key in any company. But at Stouffville Toyota it is a better experience. Never felt as a number but a person. Luciano is someone who brings the positive vibe and that is spread in the dealership from other staffs to customers. And I wont say every company or dealership should do like you guys are doing otherwise you wont have me as a customer. Keep it up and spread the good vibe to the service department especially when the new hires come in.
