Excellent Experience I have always found Toyota to be trustworthy and honest. They also covered my repair as it was under warranty which was great. However, that was what they were supposed to do.

Very helpful staff and a comfortable wait for my service. The staff listened to my questions about the car and were extremely helpful explaining in detail what I needed to know. The waiting room is very comfortable, offering coffee etc. I was early for my apt and they took my car right away. I was offered a complimentary car wash and the car looked and drove better than when I brought it in.
Excellent experience I had a very easy and enjoyable experience at Stouffville Toyota. The service was great and the people were friendly and not pushy. They got the job done efficiently and favourably.
Well run & organized Found the vehicle I was looking for on line at dealership and expected a hassle, high pressure sales etc. Was not the case at all, sales staff friendly and helpful, good follow-up making the purchase a smooth very friendly experience. Good with One Reservation Generally good but I found the "Ride Green Certified" totally hidden/lumped in the dealer costs during negotiations, could be interpreted as a government fee on the Bill of Sale, a useless benefit to me and exorbitantly priced.
