Richard Chicoine is an excellent sales person. Polite, professional and patient. Despite a busy day he made sure I remained as important as all of the other (potential) customers in the dealership. My car was delivered on time and in show room condition. If you are looking for a pressure free pleasant car buying experience ask for Richard!
After going to mayfield to buy an FRS and not getting the service we wanted, we left and were having second thoughts if we would even buy one. My wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned Venza. Met with Mavy and the customer service was top notch. I've had my eye on a Scion FRS Release Series for awhile and rushed to the nearest dealership to order one. BIG MISTAKE.
