Good experience. Nick has given us a good price and deal and explained everything clearly, especially when he explained the features of my Toyota RAV4. He even help me to set up the blue tooth in the car as well. He also offered some extra features added into the car, like 3M. remote car starter (we are in Alberta - cold weather) and the side bumper which all this will protect the car from rock chip ext. I Went to see Dodge in Sherwood Park as I was looking for a almost new sports muscle Car or possibly a new one and a truck. It was a pleasure working with Anya and the rest of the dealership. No pressure, spent the time necessary with me and made things easy. Gave a fair trade in value for my used vehicle and the vehicle delivery was seamless.
Anya was very helpful with our purchase of our 2013 Sienna Awd. This was our 1st ever Toyota purchase. She showed us the pricing for each trim level, that was the actual price ( not a bunch of add ons). There was no pressure to upgrade to a different trim level of vehicle and she never tried to "pressure" us into anything that we didn't want. There are not a lot of sales people like this any where any more. She was greatly appreciated in our purchase as she will be when you purchase a vehicle from her.
We didn't find anyone pushy at this dealership. Sophear was helpful and if there were questions he didn't know the answers to, he found out for us. A good experience overall - except for finance which is never fun with anyone it seems!
Jason Andrews and Sherwood Park Toyota was actually recommended to me by a coworker. I first tried Mayfield Toyota and did not receive the customer service that I had hoped for and left there with no expectation of returning. The timely and friendly service I received from Sherwood Park Toyota and specifically Art and Anya was absolutely wonderful. Anya was a great help and very personable. She understood my concerns about making a purchase and the wants and needs I had. She was willing to find the perfect fit for me, on my agenda. I would highly recommend Anya to any consumer looking to make a purchase. Her approach is customer first and she is willing to go above and beyond to make that happen!
I'm from out of town and was dealing with Anya by email and phone and she easily delivered the best service from all the dealers I had been in contact with. I chose this dealership because there's not many Scion dealers in Edmonton & area, and fewer with a new FR-S in stock. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, but really, what car dealership isn't when you're about to drop tens of thousands of dollars their way. I also traded in my old car, which they gave me a fair price for. What really impressed me was Anya, the saleswoman.
