SPToyota was my first experience with a Toyota dealership and I recommend this dealership for the great service and the courtesy of the staff. My sales person, Dom, is professional and I did not feel any pressure to buy. He found me exactly what I was looking for so I recommend anyone to talk with Dom. For a financial advice, I recommend Bill as well.
Sophear was very helpful and curtious when we were shopping for a new vehicle. He went over all the features and answered any questions we had. He showed us the Parts and Service Dept. for when we bring vehicle in for servicing. He also called us a week later to see if we had any questions or needed help with anything. I would recommend Sophear for his knowledge and helpfulness.
Anya was such a great person to work with. She was very knowledgeable and extremely organized.......which we really appreciated. She made the purchase of our new Rav4 such a non-stressful experience. I was unfortunately looking for a new car as my old one was written off. After seeing the new design of the 2014 Scion TC I knew I wanted one. We have been loyal customers of Toyota and were normally used to dealing with Mayfield. This ended a year ago with a bad experience with Mayfield Sales and had us looking for better options. Awesome experience top to bottom. I had called from Cold Lake to various dealers and Mavy was the best of them all to deal with. Within short period of time, I had an online brochure of the Tacoma I was looking at in my inbox as well a sweet deal on a bunch of stuff I was looking to add. I had a great experience working with Anya and the Sherwood Toyota Team in purchasing my brand new 2014 Tacoma! Most of the numbers and paperwork was done over the phone and email since I was away in Ontario. When the time came to pick up the truck, I flew straight to Edmonton and Anya was very kind to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership.
