My wife and I are 'repeat' Toyota customers. Our first purchase from this dealership was a 2007 Corolla CE. The second was a 2010 Corolla Sport. Donna was great, we started the sale via internet and completed in person. Very friendly staff, from receptionist to Donna, to sales manager (Chris) to finance department(Bill). Was a little hesitant about changing dealerships (was at Mayfield before), but have been reassured by the people we dealt with.

I had excellent service right from the get go from everyone I dealt with, started out dealing with Anya online and she got me pre-approved and tried setting me up with an appointment within a few hours.
