Anya was very friendly and cooperative. We communicated mostly through email, and responses were prompt and direct. If I had any questions, she was willing to answer them or find the answer for me. I even had an issue just recently changing tires from summer to winter, I called Anya, and a really convenient solution was found within a couple days. Excellent service and great negotiations. Highly recommend her and this dealership. First time buying from a dealership and actually had a bit of fun!
I would recommend Anya Dickerson as a salesperson to anyone that I know that may need a vehicle; even know the overall experience wasn't the greatest from the deposit to 1st payment. With everything that happen from 1st truck that I put a deposit on going missing to the wrong payment date and everything in between like the delivery truck breaking down and what not. On September 18, 2013 I entered the Sherwood Park Toyota dealership very motivated to purchase a vehicle, due to the experience I had during the week prior attempting to deal with both Sherwood Park Ford and Sherwood Park Chevrolet. When we first started considering a new Toyota Rav4, we contacted another dealer in Edmonton. One wouldn't move much on price and had a lot of extra fees and wouldn't give us the final price and just pressured for more and more add-ons we didn't really want or need. The salesperson was not "pushy" and was warm and friendly. I felt comfortable that I was not getting taken advantage of because I am female. I trust that I will get good service when I need it.
This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle and Sophear did a fantastic job throughout the entire process.
