We had a good experience at Sherwood Toyota, having purchased a vehicle previously before at Gateway Toyota, we found that there was a huge difference in the showroom experience. Far friendlier staff and willingness to negotiate and please you as a customer. I spent quite a few weeks shopping around trying to find the right vehicle and Nick provided me with the upmost, exceptional service. This was our first time getting our Tacoma serviced at this dealership and it was great. I like that you can drive inside to drop off your vehicle. We were met by Carolyn, the service advisor, who got everything set up quickly. Even though the clutch still has a noticeable squeak, we found the service to be quick and good otherwise.
The service advisor is always available when I call. She is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Things always get done in a timely manner. Great job!!!

Carolyn Kozinko is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She always take the time to speak with me one on one and listen to or address any questions or concerns I may have. She's professional without making me feel like I'm only a customer. Whenever I need service I prefer to speak at her, not that the other people in service are bad, just she's that good.
I have only bought from here once so can't really rate the service, etc. Just the sales person at this point. Anya was extremely helpful, patient and unobtrusive.
