Bring a book if you’re crazy enough to bring a vehicle to Sherway Nissan for service. They don’t know how to use an appointment book. They give everybody the same time and as a result one poor lady had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. I’ll never buy any Nissan from any dealer now

Typical used car dealer Purchased a used low mileage 2015 vehicle with the balance of the 3 year warranty to the end of 2018. Transaction went smoothly and had to wait for a few days so the car could be detailed, vehicle to be inspected and a basic tune up (oil/air filter change) to be done. On the Bill of Sale which is signed by you, there is no mention of an Oil Change, Air Filter or Cabin filter whatsoever. Not a good experience Overall did not appreciate the business practices employed by this dealer. The sales person I've dealt with was nice and helpful and I think he tried his best but I do have concerns with the management/negotiation style which I will share below. Im sorry if our sales staff was unable to articulate the Nissan Canada incentives properly to you, but these incentives are from Nissan Canada, and not made up by Sherway Nissan. Im not sure which car you purchased as I cannot find a" Ray C in our database with a $3000 rebate", but with all rebate programs by any manufacture, you either get a big cash rebate or the low interest rates. Arrogant staff Horrible customer service! They made a deal twice with me for a car and each time called up with some or the other issue. I lost another great deal at hyundai because we made a deal at a particular biweekly amount which they called off abruptly. The finance manager Junior Timothee is the most arrogant person i have ever come across in any company. Helping with the finances is out of question, he just made things more difficult for me. Replacement FOB I was charged $253 today to replace the key FOB on my 2013 Altima. That includes a $75 charge for the very few minutes it took to program it. This is outrageous. I have no complaint with the service department person who handled this as he was polite, considerate and seemed to sympathize with my controlled anger over the bill. The programming that you mentioned does not take a few minutes, and if it was so simple as you alluded to, then you could have followed the instructions you found on line. Terrible Terrible experience If you want to get cheated on, lied to and in addition to all insulted while paying your hard earned money to this incompetent dealership then this is the RIGHT place !!. The place is run by goons who are after your money and when they make a mistake they are the least apologetic. What tops the list is that at this stage too they wont shy away from making you deals to get you to rate them 9 on the Nissan survey. Please do NOT spend a penny in this place. You deserve better.

The features that you wanted are available on the Rogue, but only if you went into the higher package. No Customer relationship I was a customer of Sherway Nissan until this week. I had an issue with a mounting bracket with a bug deflector. They did a horrible job of fixing, then tried to make excuses that I was the best that they could do. Even the service manager and General Manager towed the same xxxxty line. These people do not know anything about customer relations. I heard they just fired a whole bunch of people in house to help change the attitude of the dealership. Shocked....and surprised that I was about to be scammed Last Tuesday, May 16, 2017 I bought in a flat tire to be fixed which I was told it would cost $40 but if there was anything else, I would be notified. A few hours later, I get a call to say that they couldn't fix my tire and that I would have to buy a new whole tire!!! I was quote something like $240....then I called the place where I purchased my tire and they were able to provide me a cheaper rate. I have done an internal investigation and there is no record of your car being here on May 16th 2017. That doesn't mean to say that you where not here, but that your car was never properly checked in. I don't know exactly what was said between you and Chrissy, but I can only assume that the reason we didn't offer to repair the tire was because the repair was either on the sidewall or close to the side wall. Disappointing oil change experience I have always taken my car to this dealership for oil changes, but after today's experience I am going to think twice about coming back. The actual oil change I am sure was fine - aside from them replacing the cabin air filter which apparently my boyfriend told me he changed only last year - they insisted it was very dirty.
