Almost Perfect! Outside of the difficulty in booking the appointment everything was first class. Kevin Ferreira is an excellent service consultant - I trust his judgement and recommendations since I always feel he has my best interests at heart. When I called in to book the appointment I was directed to an answering machine and instructed to leave a message. I waited 2-3 hours and called in again to book the appointment. Service visit As a repeat customer I have always found the staff at Sherway to be friendly,knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make my visit enjoyable. On this occasion a nagging noise which seemed to come from the suspension was discovered by the employee to be a loose jack under the spare tire in the trunk..what a relief to find out it wasn't something more serious!!

Mrs A Marchuk Professional, courteous, helpful. My battery was dead. My car was picked up quickly and battery checked and tested without delay. They charged and retested and did not charge me for this service. I was impressed with them.

I took in my 2014 Nissan Note SL for possible drain on battery since I was unable to start the car without a boost. My concern was that I had the car for just about 3 months and the fact that the battery went flat was disturbing; in addition, I had trouble securing the tailgate door. I called the dealership and they immediately asked me to bring the vehicle in for testing. The staff are very professional and the service team especially are excellent at what they do. I would recommend Sherway Nissan to anyone. I am always in and out in a reasonable time since I usually come early before work. The Nissan team are very respectful of my time and explain what needs to be done and the time frame. The service appointment went well. I was surprised that The service appointment went well. I was surprised that I had to replace a 3.5 yr old battery. Mi was told that this does happen on the Nissan factory installed batteries. I would consider returning for further service calls.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, batteries tend to be replaced between 3 years to 3.5 years on average. The warranty on new car batteries are 3 years. The warranty on replacement car batteries are 5 years. We offer a free service when you come to Sherway where we will check your battery for you.
