Very friendly sales person (parts) with good advices and willing to help. Service personnel very polite and skilled. Very short waiting time. I will recommending this service center to my friends who own "Nissan" cars.

Bought a 2019 used car from Sherway Nissan in February 2026 — worst automotive purchase decision I’ve made. Zero accountability after the sale. I asked multiple times for documentation of the work done on the vehicle before pickup. Sales rep Saba never once followed through. Simple request, completely ignored. Management was no better. Both Yahya and Charles (sales managers) were dismissive and unhelpful when issues escalated. No ownership, no solutions — just deflection. I emailed this dealership about a Nissan Titan. I asked for $1,000 off the asking price and they said no and my response was essentially thank you and I’m looking to buy right now a truck. They responded that they had good news and asked for my cell number. in 2019 Sherway Nissan installed 4 new tires 225/65R17 as selected by Kevin Fereira ( parts manager ) Now in 2026 when I inquired what tires fit 2014 Rogue SL on internet they show slightly different size 225/60R18 I just want Nissan Sherway to explain why difference. Hi I was there for a recall and I was offered for a bondel package that I said ok to it over the phone, but when I went there it was a completely different story. I supposed to have my appointment with Kevin because I never received a respectful treatment from Jeff. Each time that I go there I get more and more disappointed.
