Great customer service Leah was so helpful. She had great customer service. Very friendly atmosphere. Assisting whenever it was needed. I will definitely recommended friends and family to this dealership. Jeff was great too. !

Excellent, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, gexperience. Leah was very helpful, friendly and honest answered every question that I had even after I had already purchased my vehicle she gave me several option to fit my needs, Curtis the sales manager was one of the most honest sales managers I have met, I had a unique situation and he helped me get the vehicle that I wanted at a fair price what can I say nothing but a positive experience, would definitely recommend Sherway nissan, ask for Leah.

Overall Good Satisfied with Customer Service. Polite and helpful to answer questions. Overall very patient. However, to charge $20.00 for transferring license plate from trade-in car was not justified.

Awesome Service!! I took tire in with a puncture for repair today Aug 29th. Kevin, the Service Adviser was very helpful in answering my concerns about coverage under our Platinum ASP when I contacted the service department this morning. When I brought the vehicle in this afternoon, Mark the service technician was very thorough in explaining what was done and addressed all of my questions. Great customer service and pricing Great customer service from Raymond and Jeff. From the day I booked test drive till the day my new Nissan was handed over to me. Raymond was very polite, helpful and accommodating not only on my first visist but when I brought my family along for the second visit. Very informative session on the safety of child car seats. I took advantage of their recent promotion to have my child car seat adjusted to conform to safety standards. This was a free service offered at the Queensway location. Jay was most knowledgeable and offered great service and advice regarding the installation of the seat.
