Fantastic ppl work there I went to this dealership and then I went to a few others and even though the price was a bit higher than other dealerships I still came back to this one. The team here is great from the staff that greets you at the door to the seals ppl, especially one person that stands out more than the others and has been there for ever,his name is Gerry. Great! Inside and Out! I came in with out an appointment and dealt with a great Service Advisor (Kevin) who informed me of my oil chang package for my 2016 Rogue and began my service promptly. I had a great experience with the rest of the staff within the dealership. They were all very friendly and welcoming. I was also able to watch the progress on my vehicle from there glass doors from when my vehicle came in all the way to it being washed! It was a overall great experience!

was happy but.. Was missing the value of free oil changes , free car mats, gas card anything incentive wise, Staff was wonderful and took time to explain even though my son was with me and also drives a Micra :)

Super customer service! I'm always intimidated going into a car dealership but when I came into Sherway Nissan I was warmly welcomed and given useful information without feeling pressured into buying a car that day. The customer service was what will make me refer this dealership to others!
