predatory service Extremely predatory service. Was not given the services that were booked online. I have been coming to this dealership for 15 years and have purchased three cars and will not be returning. I will be switching to the woodbine nissan dealership. This is new behaviour as iI dd not experience this previously. I am very disappointed in their behaviour and how they addressed my resulting complaint.

STAY AWAY Never treated well. Service Manager is a waste of time. Do not know why he is there ? He wasted my time regarding my car. Also, most of the positive reviews are written by the staff that work at Sherway. Who are they fooling ? mickey mouse organization !

Horrible Service department Horrible experience at the Sherway service department. Although the service advisers seems kind and try their best, the service manager Doug is the most unprofessional/unhelpful manager I have ever experienced. For a recall service that was suppose to take an hour, took me 4 separate trips and the recall fix still seems inconsistent. The service manager did not care that I was inconvenienced they told me to go to another Nissan dealership in the future. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Worst car dealership in customer service in GTA I have never met such a disgrace to car dealership sales as the manager of Sherway Nissan Toronto?. His name was Assan and he was so rude ...at first we thought it was his nature to talk this way but sooner I found that he pokes people and has a dominating nature. Never go to this guy...huge ego..
