Sliding Door Unfortunately, I had to bring car back to finish the sliding door issue, was squeaking after the repair, otherwise I liked the service and the dealership.
Quality, courtesy and prompt. I took my vehicle for a quick oil change. Frank promptly had my car up on the hoist and the technician was immediately there starting the job. When it was finished there was a problem with the printer which couldn't be quickly sorted, so Frank sent me on my way with a promise to mail me the service record. It arrived in the post 2 days later.
Great Branch I was welcomed with nice and professional staff. They took care about my requests. I am really content with my purchase from them. I strongly advice this dealership.
Great experience at Toyota Richmond Hill I arrived to my appointment and was greeted promptly by Anton, he told me it would take about an hour and thankfully it ended up being less than that. I was sitting in the most pristine waiting room that could exist, with free tea and coffee, food was available for purchase, AND you could also get your nails done if you wanted to. Fast and efficient Took my 2015 Venza in for 22k km service. Was just for an oil/filter change but it was done so fast and efficiently, I did not even have time to get through scanning the newspaper I was reading :) The service advisor was very helpful and courteous. Great job.
service the atmosphere is great i enjoyed the waiting area complimentary coffee was great the only problem was it took a little too long for an oil change and i had to ask them when they were done nobody approached me other then that i love this dealership its out of the way and inconvenient for me to go there but i always make the trip because i love the staff and the service i get
