simple oil change I always find everyone courteous and that I'm treated like the customer is important. I'm usually kept informed of the progress of the work being done, but this time the service was very prompt; I did not have to wait this time, as it was not tire-changing season. Excellent service; excellent product!

Great Car after a Slow Start Despite a couple of hiccups when picking up the car, Richmond Hill Toyota delivered a good product for a fair price. Our agent, Brian, has always been a friendly and direct guy, and he always keeps his word. We would come back here.
Diagnostics on the electrical system. Jeff was super friendly and very understanding about all my concerns. Lucky for me, the boys found the problem quickly and it was an easy fix. Jeff kept me posted about all the developments and he totally made my day with his approach and the service that I received.

Great Experience Greeted promptly upon arriving. Kept informed of the work required every step of the way. Only worked required was performed. I was not asked for authorization for work I did not go in for.
Good up till now.needs some more improvement. Our car was not ready to go till end.after request the final cleanliness was done.not really thoroughly cleaned.mats missing.even the viper were changed upon our request.
