Professional I went to Richmond Hill Toyota for alignment job for my car because it was pulling to the left. I was happy to find out that it was on special so I saved $20, and the mechanic was professional and he explained to me clearly where the problem lies and how he fixed it. I am very happy about the service.

Pretty good. Came in to have my tires changed. Not sure why it took an hour and a half. It was October 27th, so not the busiest time.
