Great Experience I had a great experience buying a used Rav4 at Richmond Hill Toyota. Tom Pitsikos really made the process enjoyable. He listened to my needs, understood what I wanted but most of all he was very trust worthy, a refreshing quality these days. As a result we closed the deal quickly with no muss and no fuss.

My New Tundra I attended the dealership and was immediately greeted by their staff. I first spoke to Andrew Ross who was attentive and amazingly thorough. He asked a lot of questions to get to know exactly what I was after. We sat down and went over the vehicle specs. Andrew then had Paul take us out for a test drive. What do you need? In there, you'll got what you need for your car (not more not less) in a reasonable price. They never offer you gravy or needless activity.

Service overall is ok , takes longer time for oil change tat you can expect, almost 2 hours. Overall price for service is not cheap. I would like to see some discounts for loyal customers.
