Customer Focus I have been a customer of Richmond Hill Toyota for about 6 years. I have to say that at no time have I felt I was not the most important person in that moment. There is a customer focus philosophy that seems to live and breathe in this dealership. Appt. are confirmed through technology, there are options to stay or be driven to a location for work or home. If you stay there is free coffee and a comfortable place to wait with WiFi. Always feel "cared for".
Great Dealership! I purchased my brand new Rav4 at this dealership and have been service it here as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is state of the art and make it very easy and convenient to bring your vehicle in.

Thank you Brad Scherer Usually when I service my car (twice a year on average), I leave Toyota feeling that I spent more than I should. I am anxious going in because I think that I will be taken advantage of by representatives telling me I need parts/service that I really don't need. This time, I was in shock. Oil Change & Service The staff was friendly and the service was fast. They did not try to push for various additional services, which was refreshing and much appreciated
