Great, fast service I came for a 8000 km check and needed winter tires. The person who was helping me was super nice, explained everything, gave a great recommendation and made sure everything was done immediately (it was past 6 pm and still I had everything done on the spot and did not have to come back a second time). An hour later I was done with everything and on my way. I was very satisfied with the service!
Friendly service Went in for an oil change... Sales rep informed me about an online coupon for $20 off. Service performed and car was given a quick wash before being returned to me. Also, the staff didn't attempt to sell me extra services beyond what I was there for... Good dealership!
Toyota Sienna - 2000 As you can see from the title... My van is very old, but comesnto R.H.Toyota fornall service needs. The staff is always courteous and the courtesy shuttle has been very helpful. Brad Scherer's technical skills and customer service skills are beyond excellent amd it's a pleasure to deal with him each time. Usually my dad, who is a senior citizen takes my minivan for service and the way Brad deals with him with respect and sharing knowledge is outstanding. had a tpms issue with my tundra and Brad really helped out Brad really made my experience easy getting my truck repaired, he is thorough and knowledgeable about the product and industry, thanks for helping out and will be back for repairs and service in the future
Super Duper. Enough already. I have purchased 2 cars and I have been treated well. A 2010 Prius and and a 2004 Sienna. Both cars have been operating well and if they ever wear out for some reason, which I doubt, we would purchase another Toyota. Thanks
