Brad Scherer is Mr. Toyota Brad Scherer has been and continues to be my ONLY go to person at Toyota. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism is second to none. His attentiveness always assures whatever needs doing is done right the first time. Too many companies these days only give lip service to customer service but Brad personifies and delivers it each and every time.
6 Toyotas in 2 years... Igor never ceases to amaze us! 6 months - Service appointment When I called in to book the service appointment, Jennifer took the information and gave me an appointment date. Later on when I called in to change my appointment time, the service appointment was not booked. Anyhow Celina told me that my appointment was not booked and she was going to find out but I never got an answer. Great experience with friendly and professional staff I'm dealing with Toyota for many years and my previous lease agreement was coming to the end. I came on Saturday to discuss my new purchase. Everything was done on timely, professional manner and all my questions were answered. I winterized my car...it was all good! I live approx. 5 minutes from another Toyota dealership, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this dealership other than they don't have Brad Scherer working there. You see this is my 3rd Camry, all of which I have had serviced at Richmond Hill Toyota. He has been my service advisor for most of that time. Feelin Important I have been a regular customer of Richmond Hill Toyota for about 6 years. I have always felt important when I was booking, dropping off or picking up my vehicle. Service was explained and shuttle rides were always offered. There is a connection with people that you don't always experience within service industries.
